How is Personal Data Used?

The data is used to process orders, manage payments, maintain history of delivered products and services. Contact information for suppliers is used for communication regarding orders/deliveries. Employee data is used for mandatory reporting and payroll.

Who Do We Share Data With?

Thrane & Thrane Teknikk AS uses third-party providers for IT and web-based services.

We enter into written agreements with third parties and require compliance with applicable privacy laws, including information security and confidentiality obligations.

How to Limit or Update Stored Personal Data?

How Long is Personal Data Stored?

We store personal data as long as necessary for the purposes described above or to meet legal requirements. The Accounting Act requires that invoice and personnel data be stored for at least 5 years.
