We deliver screen panels and spare parts for our own and most major screening machines. Our panels, available in urethane, stainless steel, and rubber, are designed for durability, precision, and maximum efficiency—covering aperture sizes from 38µ to 10 mm.
To keep your equipment running at peak performance, we also supply a wide range of spare parts, including vibration springs, isolation mounts, motors, spray nozzles, and custom gaskets—compatible with leading screen brands. Many parts are stocked in our Norwegian warehouse for fast delivery.
Screen Panels
Rubber Screen Panels
Rubber panels are highly abrasion-resistant and flexible. They can be reinforced with fabric to improve tensile strength. Panel sizes and hole patterns can be customized to suit your specific application and material requirements.
Stainless Steel Wire Panels
Stainless steel panels deliver the highest open area for maximum capacity. They are ideal for high temperatures, harsh environments, chemical exposure, and applications requiring tight specifications—down to 38µ. Available with various hooks or metal eyelet options.
Urethane Panels
Our urethane panels offer high capacity and performance with an open area of 32%–42%.
The fine screen sieve is produced using a one-time forming process and reinforced with fiber, which improves tensile strength and extends service life, reducing the risk of cracking.
The panel slots are designed with a tapered shape, giving the panels a non-blinding feature. These panels are made with fiber-reinforced polyurethane.
